She was an old client, not in age in being a repeat buyer :-), who returned to us for another Shared Ownership property she was purchasing. She didn't have exactly the shall we say best payment record for her bills, having late payments and historic default on her credit report, however we did as we always do and secured her one of our industry best Fixed Rate Mortgages. We are not sure if our senior adviser is actually a "Mortgage Ninja" but he's taken that and run with it lol.
