Never thought we would see the day but we have finally completed on the land purchase!!! It is now all systems go to get building!

We want to thank you for all your hard work over the last year and for your final push in the last few weeks to be ready for completion. It's certainly not been a smooth running application what with planning nightmares and accountant problems and seems to have been fraught with difficulties along the way.

We really appreciate all your efforts and for not giving up on us!

Will you have any further involvement now, or can you finally put this case
to rest??

As you know, we will be looking for a better mortgage deal once the property is built, but hopefully this will be much less of a challenge for you guys!
